I’m on my first mitsbushi it really does good gas mileage n the engine is not loud! This outlander is very quiet! It drives a lot better than the the RAV4 that I had! The RAV4 that I had the gas mileage did really good on the highway that I couldn’t complain bout! I just needed more Room n I was looking for 3rd seat row since I do Uber and Lyft! The Hyundai n Kia were over 40,000 dollars both were out of my budget! So the outlander was in my budget! I traded the 21 RAV4 for the 22 outlander that has low mileage! My mom loves the outlander better she can get in n out a lot better! Even my sister loves it she has 2016 outlander with over 100,000 miles on it! She told me that outlander has a cvt I told her I know it has cvt ! My mom has 15 Nissan rogue sl with 28,230 miles on it! This outlander to me is 10 not a 8 😊

Currently the fastest production electric SUV on the Pikes Peak is the Ioniq 5N(10:49.267). The Ioniq5N unfortunately missed out on the honor of being the fastest production SUV (2018 Bentley 10:48.902) by only 0.365s. Ioniq 5N TA (9:30.852) is currently the fastest electric modified SUV on the mountain. For reference, the previous production electric car record was Model 3 Performance(11:02.802), and the previous modified electric car record was Model 3 Performance(9:54.901). The previous fastest production car is BMW M8(10:12.024) not Porshe. Porshe 911 turbo S did cheat by running on a cold day in Sept. 2022. No one guaranteed Porshe compatible to RULE FOR PRODUCTION CAR. GT4 car?

We started looking in November 2018 for a new vehicle for her. Wife liked what we found, so we sat down for the numbers. MSRP was $32,800. Initial deal they offered was $31,000 if I signed then and there. Told the salesperson that we were not in any hurry. Next, asked who their Costco rep was. Salesman we had said he was and reduced the deal price to $30,000. Had them put numbers on paper and left; said we would think more on it. Called a day later and found out the Costco discount was $1500. Called a day after that and the deal price dropped to $29,500 that fast. Said we not in a hurry and we would talk later. Two weeks later, noticed the exact vehicle was still on the lot. Ironically, received a text that day from the salesperson that the deal price was now $29,000 because they realized I qualified for one of their factory discounts. Said the price was going in the right direction and to text me when I qualified for the next factory discount. To make a long story not so long, by March 2019, received the last of 14 texts starting that $26,900 was all the lower they would go, given that I now qualified for four factory and one dealership discount. Said I would be by that day to finalize the deal. Moral of the story…..don’t be in a hurry. Dealerships want to get you to sign while you are in the moment of infatuation with the vehicle. Be willing to walk away and come back another day with a clear head.

I don't understand how thIs EV sounds like a combustion engine? I have a 2023 Ioniq 5 EV and you practically can only hear your heartbeat when accelerating, not the growl of a combustion engine. ??

From WC, My 03 Ford Ranger, purchased 10 years Ago for about $7500. And my 05 Honda CR-V purchased new for about $24,000. Both with less than 70,000 miles and running great will do my wife and I for many years to come! Yes they only get 20+ miles per gallon, but I can buy a lot of gas for what car payments cost! Maintenance, sure maybe the equivalent of ONE car payment per year, plus lower insurance cost and they look at least 95% as good as new! I’ll just keep what I’ve got, Thank You!

Good video, loved the fact this guy is an Engineer, knows this subject. .... What many people might not know, is that the pistons have always been a weak spot with engine oils. They get deposits, get fouled-up, and the rings might stop working like they should. (Oils over the last 50 years have been pretty good at keeping sludge and wear down, no problem with those issues.) This is the first oil attacking piston deposits specifically, this aggressivley, removing them, where other oils just hope not to lay down as much deposits over time.

I definitely don’t want to negotiate. Unfortunately, it’s a must if you don’t want to be taken for a ride. If dealerships would post the serious out the door price and only add tax, tag, title. A lot of people would prefer to buy cars that way.
